Cancellation Policy
At Serene Head Spa, we understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have the following policy in place: Cancellations or Reschedules: Please notify us at least 15 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellations (less than 15 hours): A fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
